Prism Logistics and its associates own a range of Scheuerle, K25, and Goldhofer SPMTs. SPMT or Self-Propelled Modular Transporter or Self-Propelled Modular Trailer is a platform vehicle with a large array of wheels. SPMTs are used for transporting massive objects such as large bridge sections, oil refining equipment, motors, and other objects that are too big or heavy for trucks. Each trailer unit can be separated into 3 and 4 hydraulic fields. Each field can maintain hydraulic pressure to each axle in that field.
Built in standardized dimensions and indefinitely compatible, these modules can move massive weights. SPMTs have the possibility of 360-degree steering of the wheels. This allows carousel and sideway movements. Their deck height can hydraulically be adjusted by approximately 60 cm., enabling vertical lifting or lowering of the load. Due to their variety of combinations, our 2.5 to 3 meter wide SPMTs can lift and move virtually every heavy load. These trailers are mainly used for on-site transportation over limited distances.
A Power Pack Units (PPU) or a Hydraulic Power Pack is a self-contained unit that consists mainly of a motor, a tank / reservoir hydraulic pump, valves, gauges. Using fluid to transmit power from one location to another, hydraulic power packs can generate massive amounts of flow and pressurized oil to drive hydraulic machinery. It provides power to the hydraulic systems controlling axle height, steering, braking as well as powering the electrical systems. A Power Pack Unit (PPU) supplies the hydrostatically driven SPMT with pressure oil for the drive, steering and lift operations.
Prism Logistics and its associates own modular hydraulic axles with more than 400 lines having a loading capacity of up to 45 tons per axle line. Each module can be fitted with its own engine and control (steering) system. The modules can be connected side-by-side and/or head-to-tail, to form large ‘platforms on wheels’.

Hydraulic Axles can be combined with many types of attachments like spacer frames, well decks, bolster mechanisms, girder bridges, etc. to carry SODC of very long lengths, cargo needs to be kept at less than 1 foot from the ground, have massive weight.
Prism Logistics offers barging solutions for both Inland Waterways and Coastal Shipping, with numerous options such as ballast systems, pumps, and anchors, all our barges are fully customizable. Tailor-made to meet our customers’ needs. Barges for Inland Waterways are Deck Loader Barges – 60 meters long and 15 meters wide. Barges for Coastal Movements are Self-propelled Barges – 50 meters long and 14 meters wide & 250 class Barges up to 75 meters long and 25 meters wide. Our fleet of IRS classified Barges are 250 feet, 300 feet, and 330 feet long.
Prism Logistics employs Tugs for project operations. Tugs are small vessels designed to tow or push large ships or barges. Tugs have powerful diesel engines and are essential to docks and ports to manoeuver large ships into their berths.
The 20, 40 and 60 Bollard Pull tugs are widely used during execution of major nation-building projects.
Prism Logistics employs cranes with variable capacity combinations from 300 MT UP TO 3200 MT. Mobile and crawler cranes by Liebherr is extensively used by Prism Logistics. Besides a fleet of 600T All-terrain crane, 650T, 1250T, 1600T, Terex cranes, and 750 T – MANITOWOC M. 18000 cranes form an integral part of our versatile fleet.
Our pullers are powered by engines designed to ensure excellent driving characteristics, high reliability, and excellent fuel efficiency. The engine’s power is available virtually from idling speed, which ensures excellent starting traction. This power stays with you throughout and maximum torque is available high up the rev range. A wide economic speed range of 1050-1600 rpm helps to get the maximum fuel efficiency. The new Volvo FM, Scania 600 HP is strong where it counts – on its axles. Also, the puller’s 14-speed splitter-range gearbox VT2514B matched perfectly to the fitted D13A520 engine’s characteristics. Close and well-balanced ratios make it easy for the truck to climb steep gradients and facilitate smooth acceleration.
Pure muscle is what the Premier long–flatbed trailers by Prism Logistics can deliver. Whether you are hauling machinery, construction materials, or hay bales, each trailer is engineered with robust capacities you can rely on. The combination of steel and aluminum construction is composed of a one-piece high-quality steel main beam, a strong aluminum floor with a patented side rail design, and many more aluminum components that provide very beneficial weight savings. Prism Logistics has seriously reduced corrosion by taking industry-leading steps to lengthen the life and add to the value of both the flatbed and drop deck trailers. The flatbed trailers allow for up to 80 feet of load space and add drive-on equipment loading versatility even to long cargoes such as Railway tracks.
Prism Logistics became India’s first logistics company to construct a pair of first-of-its-kind Modular Steel Bridges.
Prism Logistics became India’s first logistics company to construct a pair of first-of-its-kind Modular Steel Bridges.
600+ MT raw steel was used to construct each bridge. 12 metal plates weighing 15+ tons each, were placed on 12 refurbished steel framework weighing 50+ MT each. Each of these pieces were fabricated and welded like Lego pieces at in-house yard. The dimensions of each bridge were, length – 50+ m, width – 10+ m, and height – 10+ m.
The customizable futuristic Modular Bridges by Prism Logistics can simply be joined and welded whenever required to move massive weights up to 2000 MT single load.
Prism Logistics operates an extensive fleet of accessories to execute the movement of over-dimensional cargo efficiently. The girder beams allow cargo height to be maximized while still maintaining a maneuverable trailer solution compared to the equivalent flat top.
In the absence of carrying shelves, cross beams can be used between the beams to support the load.
Prism Logistics also uses a Bolster System/Turn Table to reduce the turning radius of lengthy cargoes. The Telescopic Beams of various lengths are used for moving lengthy lightweight cargoes. Convoy Escort Vehicles are deployed to maintain the convoys in a systematic manner, while Support Vehicles are used to carry heavy metal plates and paraphernalia.
Rollers and Jacking Systems are used for dragging the cargo if required.
Prism Logistics owns and employs one 550+ MT Girder Bridge for streamlining the route for various projects. Made of concrete or steel, the Girder Bridges are the simplest bridge type in structure. These bridges consist of steel beams shaped like I-section, and box section, called Plate Girder Bridge, and Box Girder Bridge respectively. Girder bridges comprise of deck slabs, capable to supporting Super Over Dimensional Cargo, heavy lift vehicles and other oversized machinery. Material type, shape, and height are the most significant factors that affect the load capacity of a Girder Bridge. Girder Bridges can be easily customized to the exact load conditions allowing the design to be most efficient for Logistics purpose.
